About Karl
Karl Bader is crazy about soup, and loves making the best soup in Chicago. At age eleven, Karl got the chance to make a batch of Loaded Baked Potato at his parents’ restaurant and was hooked instantly. Soups were a mainstay at his former Oak Park eatery, S3 Kitchen, and also served as the impetus behind a series of healthy eating lunch projects at various local schools. In addition to Karl’s Craft Soup, Karl caters private events (both casual and fine-dining), and serves as a personal chef, specializing in restrictive diets and healthy eating.
